new pillows - open felled seams on the right side

Selvedge, naturally frayed edges, visible stitching... all so appealing to me. Preparation for a show next month continues, albeit slowly. I'm making some pillows with pintucks and some with open felled seams top-stitched on the right side of the fabric. I love it! Who knows if others will.

These are made from linen and vintage cotton ticking stock with heavy weight organic cotton thread stitching over open felled, raw-edge seam. A simple, linen envelope-style backside. Made to fit 20" square down pillow forms I've been meaning to use for about 2 years.
