wrap sweatshirt with a little ruffle

One version of a wrap top/sweatshirt I'm working on. The drawstring neckline is the key to size adjustability. Cut to accommodate and flatter a range of bra sizes but not leave the more athletic figure swimming in excess fabric. Naturally, the stretch factor of this soy/organic cotton/spandex french terry works magic as well. I added a little ruffle but am not yet happy with it. This one is about to be deconstructed.

Much as I want to get out and enjoy the rare March glimpse of sun we're having this weekend, my workshop beckons.
