wearable fiber art at five

My youngest - she's five - is a prolific artist. She has created numerous wearable pieces for me. Today, she stayed home with a cold and created this sa-weet piece for me.

She cut up and sewed - sharp needles this time - what I thought was intended to become a garland of sorts. Turns out it's meant to become a decorative color for a basic white T shirt for me. I was impressed.

The brooch I wore today is also one of her creations. All I did was tie off her knots and sew on the pin back. Love to see what's to come because you know... she has artistic license.
